Happy July 6th! I know, it’s not a thing, but it could be, right? Why not celebrate every day? Granted, some days are easier than others but it is usually worth a try to find something to celebrate every day. Even if the celebration is that the day is gone, at lea putting that positive spin on it. Life happens to us all and sometimes we need to send a word of encouragement or cheer.

Today, I’m showcasing the perfect sentiment set to help you do just that – the Through It Together stamp set. This sentiment set is full of encouraging sentiments for those times when things aren’t perfect or thoughtful sentiments to let someone know you care.

Look at all the wonderful texture on this card. Ping. Ping. Ping. go the heart strings. 🙂

Elegance Made Easy

I love how quickly this card came together. A couple of die cuts, two stamps and heat embossing are all it takes.

To create this card, use two dies from the Ornate Layers die set. I used the largest die, and our beautiful Rose Gold foil sheet to create the bottom layer. I stamped the flowers from the Painted Poppies stamp Set in VersaMark and heat embossed it using Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The sentiment is stamped and heat embossed the same way onto a strip of Basic White card stock and trimmed to fit. Layers the pieces and add Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the sentiment for a little depth.

Finish things off by heat embossing the envelope front and flap to match and….. done!
