Story of Elegance
Hello!
As always, thank you so much for stopping by!
It’s been a gorgeous few days here in central Ohio, warmer that usual temperatures and lots of sunshine! That big yellow ball in the sky does wonders for my mood. Especially so when it’s been such a long, gray winter.
I was peering out the window a couple of days ago and saw the cutest little bunny hop through the yard towards the cover of my neighbors evergreen tree. It was adorable, and made me think of the cute little bunny in our Easter Friends stamp set. That was the inspiration for my card today.
Here’s what I made.

Easter Friends
This little bunny is so sweet. And what could make him sweeter? How about cute little pink cheeks!
I wanted a soft card so I used a nice soft color palate of Very Vanilla, Petal Pink and Crumb Cake.

Elegance Made Easy
Here’s how to recreate this card.
To start, make the following cuts:
- Petal Pink DSP (Subtles 6 x 6 DSP) – 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Crumb Cake card stock – 3 1/8 ” x 4 3/8″
- Very Vanilla card stock – 3″ x 4 1/4″
Layer the cut DSP onto an A2 card base made with Thick Very Vanilla card stock.
Stamp the bunny onto the Very Vanilla card stock piece in Crumb Cake ink , and the sentiment beneath the bunny in Petal Pink ink.
Use the brush tip of a Petal Pink Stampin’ Write marker to color pink cheeks on the bunny. Layer the stamped panel onto the Crumb Cake panel and add to the card.
Die cut a heart from a scrap of Petal Pink card stock using a heart from the Sweet Hearts die set and adhere to the bunny’s hands.
Super sweet. Super easy!
