Story of Elegance

Hello and welcome back!

Today, I continued with the Hand-Drawn Blooms stamp set that I stamped with earlier in the week.   After playing with this set,  I definitely need to purchase the dies that coordinate with it.  Add Banner Blooms die set to the next order.  Check.

The big bunch of flowers is the star of this stamp set so I decided to showcase it on my card today.  It’s super simple, but oh so pretty!

Take a look.

A Hand-Drawn Hello

I love having a stash of cards ready to send a note to someone just to let them know I’m thinking of them.  This one is super easy to make, so I’ll be adding several to the stash.

A Closer Look

Elegance Made Easy

To recreate this card,  start with a layer of Crumb Cake card stock cut to 4 1/8″ by 5 3/8″  and add to a card base made of Thick Very Vanilla card stock.

Next cut a panel of Very Vanilla card stock to 4″ x 5 1/4″  and stamp using the large flower (both pieces)  in Memento Black ink.

Finally stamp the sentiment across the bottom and add the panel to the card base.

To finish the card I added a single Pearl Basic Jewel to the flower.

Complete the project by stamping flowers on the front and flap of the envelope to coordinate with the card.  So easy!
