We also have a new mini-catalog that launches today through June 30, 2020.  I started crafting from the new catalog with a few of my favorites- Painted Poppies stamp set, Poppy Moments die set, and Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper.  Here are the first three cards I made using these products.  A birthday card, a thank you card and a Thinking of You card.

Birthday card with Poppies with Stampin Up products

A Poppy Happy Birthday

To create this card, I stamped the 3 poppies onto a 3 3/4 x 5 sheet of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the flowers with Dark and Light Poppy Parade and Light Old Olive stamping blends, and used a Basic Black marker to make the accents around the flowers.   Next,  I stamped the happy birthday sentiment from the December 2019  Something for Everything Paper Pumpkin kit using Memento Black ink.  Then, a 1 x 5 strip of Poppy Parade card stock was added to the base of the panel, and the strip was covered with Black Glittered Organdy ribbon.  Finally,  the panel was adhered to a 4 x 5 1/4 sheet of Basic Black card stock and added to a Thick Whisper White card stock base.

A Thank You card with poppies featuring Stampin Up products

A Poppy Thank You

To create this card I started with the sentiment panel.  I stamped poppies from the Painted Poppies stamp set onto a 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 piece of Whisper White card stock and colored them with Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends.  Then, I stamped the sentiment from the Thoughtful Blooms (FREE) stamp set.  Next, I adhered the sentiment panel to a 2 x 3 3/4 piece of Poppy Parade card stock. To complete the panel, I stamped poppies onto a 3  3/4 x 5 sheet of Whisper White card stock and colored them with Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends.  Then,  I die cut a Poppy and flower center using the Poppy Moments die set  and adhered it to the panel.  I used a Basic Black marker to create the accents.  Finally, I adhered both panels together onto a Thick Whisper White card stock base.

A Poppy Thinking of You card

For this last card I embossed a 4 x 5/14 sheet of Whisper White card stock using the Subtle embossing folder. Then, I added ad 2 x 5 1/4 inch strip of DSP and a 5/8 inch x 5 1/4 inch strip of black DSP to the panel.  I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of Whisper White card stock and punch the sentiment with the Classic Label punch.  Next, I die cut the flower and flower center and finished by adding three Basic Rhinestone Jewels to the black strip.
