I continued playing with the Brushed Bouquet stamp set and paired it with the Around the Bend stamp set to create today’s card.

Here’s the card I made:

I used the border stamp from the Around the Bend stamp set to create the pretty awning for the flower, and the background texture was made using is one of three textures in the new Basics 3D embossing folder set that are available as an online only exclusive product.

Elegance Made Easy

Following are the quick steps to recreate this card.

First, make your cuts:

Basic White card stock – 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ and embossed with the Basics 3D embossing folder
Flirty Flamingo card stock – 4″ x 5 1/4″
Basic White card stock – 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″
Die cuts: none
Punches: none

Adhere the embossed Basic White panel to the front of an A2 card base made with Thick Basic White card stock. Note: An A2 card base is made by scoring a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of card stock scored and folded at 4 1/4″.

Add the Flirty Flamingo panel to the embossed panel on the card front.

Onto the cut Basic White card stock stamp the flower, sentiment and awning using Flirty Flamingo, Sweet Sorbet, Old Olive and Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

To complete add a bow made with Silver Simply Elegant Trim and stamp the envelope front and flap.
