Story of Elegance
Happy Tuesday!
I hope you are having a lovely week so far.
I’m crafting on the run these days, but I was able to get some time on Monday to make a quick card.
I used products from the Spellbinders Spotlight Frames and Florals Collection by Lisa Horton Crafts.
Like all my cards, this one comes together easily.
Here’s the card I made.
Elegance Made Easy
Here are the directions to create this A2 sized card.
Start by inking the Better Press plate from the Spotlight Circle Duo set with Garden Sage ink and press into a A2 sized panel of Porcelain Better Press Cotton Paper using the Spellbinders Better Press system. Be sure to place the plate high enough on the panel to have room for your sentiments beneath.
Use the Layered Anemone die set to die cut the flowers using colors of your choice. You can use colored card stock or white card stock and color as I did. I used Garden Sage (stem and leaves) , Early Sunrise ( petals) and Sweet Treat Shimmer (flower centers.) Assemble the flowers with glue and add to the card front. Use small foam squares to add dimension the the flowers.
Stamp and die cut the sentiments using the A Little Hello Sentiments set. I stamped the small greeting in Solid Black Ink and heat embossed in clear. I inked a small piece of white card stock using Early Sunrise ink to die cut the Hello.
Add the sentiments to the card front with glue.
Die cut the large ornate die and add it to a 6″ x 8″ card front using foam tape.
Finish by adding a small ribbon the the flower stem at the point where the two stems meet.
Super easy!
Thanks again for stopping by.
I’ll be sharing another card demonstation on my You Tube channel (@elegantsentiments) on Thursday this week. I won’t be live but the video will post at the same time Thursday at 7:00pm EST. I hope you’ll check it out!
Have a fantastic week!
Until next time,
Live Graciously!
