Happy Friday!
It’s been a crazy week and scorching hot, but no complaints here! Ready for the weekend for sure.
This evening, I pulled out a few Lisa Horton products to play with.
I used the Floribunda Vase and Stitched Edge Circle Backgrounds. They came together to create today’s easy and elegant card.
Here’s the card I made.
This card is elegant and easy to create.
Elegance Made Easy
Here are the directions to create this A2 sized card.
Create the background by die cutting the lattice and stitched circle from the Stitched Edge Circle Backgrounds by Lisa Horton for Spellbinders into the upper panel of an A2 sized panel of white card stock (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) and add to an A2 card base using foam tape. The tape will add dimesion and keep the die cut in place.
Use Floribunda Vase Layering Stencils by Lisa Horton Crafts to stencil the florals and vase in the colorts of your choice. I used Almond Frosting, Sweet Violet and Painted Eggshell from the Lisa Horton Crafts Cloud 9 Premium Dye Based Inks.
Die cut the inked flower and vase emboss using the coordinating Floribunda Vase embossing folder. Add the embossed floral to the card front.
Add a foiled sentiment and embellish with gems if desired.
