Story of Elegance

Happy Tuesday!

Well as you can tell my the hour of this post, this is almost the post that never was.  🙂

The good news is, even when you have very little time, you still have time to create an easy and elegant card.

All you need are an embossing folder, white ink, foil card stock and ribbon.

Here’s what I made literally in 5 minutes.

I always have card bases pre-made as well as a bin of sentiments to help my crafting go faster and today it really paid off.

Here’s the card I made:

Elegance Made Easy

To make this card:

  • Cut and dry emboss a 4 1/4″  x 5 1/2″ panel of foil card stock.
  • Lightly swipe the white ink pad across the embossed panel until the majority of the raised part of the panel are covered to your liking.
  • Add ribbon across the panel and then adhere to the front of an A2 card base.
  • Add an extra length of ribbon to the front with a knot and trim to fit.
  • Place sentiment across the ribbon on the card front.

And you’re done!

And so is this post. 🙂

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I’ll be back on Friday with another card to share.

You can also check out my You Tube Channel on Thursday where I’ll be live at 7:00pm EST sharing an easy and elegant card.

Until next time,

Live Graciously!
