Today I’m sharing a card that I created using the Framed Florets stamp set. This lovely set is leaving the line on May 1st and now is the time to pick up this beauty when you can get it without paying for shipping. Woohoo!

The simplicity of this card does it for me and I just love a mixed font sentiment. This sweet card comes together in a flash.

A Closer Look

Elegance Made Easy

Following are the quick steps to recreate this card.

First, make your cuts:

Basic Black card stock – 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″
Basic White card stock – 4″ x 5 1/4″
Die cuts:
- None
Punches:
- None

Add the Basic Black panel to the front of an A2 card base made with Thick Basic White card stock. Note: An A2 card base is made by scoring a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of card stock scored and folded at 4 1/4″.

Stamp the large flower and sentiment onto the Basic White panel with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and color using Stampin’ Blends. I used Real Red and Old Olive. Adhere to the card front as shown.

Add Basic Rhinestone Jewels to the centers of the flowers and next to the sentiment.

For the inside of the card, I stamped and colored the floral image to coordinate.
