I’m continuing to play with items from the Right Triangle Bundle. Today I’m working with the stamp set and paired it with our Layering Squares and Layering Circles dies. I kept the color palette from Tuesday – I think this color combination is so soft and pretty. I can’t get enough of it!
Here’s the palette and my card.
The Right Triangle Hello
Again today, our beautiful Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP) makes an appearance. The scalloped Layering Squares dies mimic the shape of the flowers and add visual interest.
So, this is what I did:
Step 1: Stamp the corners of a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of Whisper White card stock with the floral stamp in Gray Granite. Layer the panel onto a panel of Petal Pink card stock that measures 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″.
Step 2: Choose two nested scalloped edge dies from the Layering Squares die set. Use the larger die to cut a piece of Gray Granite card stock and the smaller to cut a piece of Peony Garden DSP. Layer the DSP onto the Gray Granite die cut and adhere to the panel.
Step 3: Using a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock, stamp sentiment in VersaMark. Heat emboss with Silver Stampin’ Emboss powder. Die cut the sentiment using the Layering Circles die.
Step 4: Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment.
Step 4: Cut 3 strips of Silver Edged ribbon and cut the ends at at angle. Attach the ribbon strips to the back of the sentiment circle and add to the center of the square on the panel. Adhere panel to the card base.
Don’t forget the envelope – Use the triangle stamp to decorate it too!
