Welcome to InKing Royalty’s August Blog Hop! During this year’s blog hops, we are having fun with our stamping favorites – our favorite themes for seasonal cards and projects. This month’s projects feature leaves and trees, so you are likely to find lots of inspiration for Autumn. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.
As soon as I saw the gorgeous Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper, I knew I wanted to use my favorite pattern from this series for the blog. I love every pattern, but today I’m using two of my favorites!
Here’s what I came up with:

Blackberry Beauty Thank You
Aren’t the rich colors just beautiful? I think so.
For this card, I let the paper do the work. I cut strips of the DSP, 3 ” x 5 3/8″ and 1 1/4″ x 5 x 3/8″ and layered onto a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ piece of Cinnamon Cider card stock. I added a strip of Gold Shimmer ribbon with a knot, then added to a card base made with Thick Very Vanilla card stock.
I used the little leaf from the Delicate Dahlia stamp set to stamp leaves across the bottom of the Cinnamon Cider panel. Oh, by the way, this is a beautiful stamp set, and you can earn it FREE with a $100 purchase during SALE-a-bration.
The sentiment is a die cut and stamp from the Encircled in Friendship bundle.
Of course, you need a coordinating envelope to complete this ensemble.Â
I was on a roll with the leaf theme, so here is another card I made using the Gorgeous Leaves bundle and the same sentiment. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year, so I’ll be busy making lots of cards for the season.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop,

Wow! The gold in that beautiful paper is a star. But your die cut sentiment is a perfect pairing. I love both of these. Great cards!
Thanks Jackie! This paper is sooo pretty! Makes me happy to craft with it.
Beautiful showcase of this gorgeous paper – and I LOOOOOVE that sentiment. Such a wonderful card, Sheryl! ♥
Thanks Brian. I agree. That sentiment is everything. In fact I love all the ones that are in this set.
Both cards are beautiful! Love the colors and the stamped background in first and the leaves stamped in the circle plus that green color in the second!
Thank you Windy! I appreciate your kind words.
Beautiful card Sheryl and so elegant. I also really love the second totally different card. The sentiment really says it all.
Thanks Lynn! That sentiment is IT for me!
Love, Love, Love it!!!!
Thank you Renae!
Stunning card, Sheryl. Just beautiful.
Thank you Candy! 🙂
Love your cards and how you make coordinating envelopes! Often I’m lucky to stamp a single image on the flap, lol! Great photo of the pretty shine on the amazing DSP, and thank you for featuring the pretty die cut from Encircled in Beauty. Adding to my wish list!
Thank you Sheryl. I loved your card too! I cased it for my blog post last Thursday. 🙂
Both cards are absolutely beautiful!!! I especially love the hand elegance of the first one with the beautiful gold foil leaves! So stunning!!!
Thank you Joanne. I love all the foiling in the Blackberry Beauty DSP. It’s SOOO pretty!
The rich colors of the DSP are gorgeous! I love both of these cards! Stunning cards!
Thank you Sue! (I totally forgot to check comments later in the day last week. Sorry for the delayed response.)
This card is stunning! The gold creates such a beautiful touch that catches your attention right away. The gold is not over-the-top but just enough to be very tasteful. Your sentiment is so beautiful as well.
Thank you Sharon. I really love the Blackberry Beauty DSP. It’s so pretty.
Beautifully elegant, particularly the envelope flap
