Hello! Welcome to Tuesday!

Well all roads lead to Thank You for me today. I have so much to be thankful for and so many people to thank on a regular basis. I’m always creating thank you cards. Don’t want to be caught empty handed when the need arises.

I love black and white cards, so today, I pulled out one of my favorite sets to create a black and white Thank You card – Delicate Petals.

As always, my hope is that today’s card will inspire you to order a few items and create your own special kindness to share. Today’s card is super simple, so it’s a quick card to make if you need something fast.

The great news is that you can have a card that is both pretty and elegant – fast. I love that!

A Closer Look

One thing that made this card so quick to make is the simple stamping. There’s only two stamps, a punch and one layer. Super easy!

Following are the steps I used to create this card:

1. Cut a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of Basic Black card stock and adhere to a card base made with Thick Basic White card stock.

2. Cut 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of Basic White card stock.

3. Stamp the Basic White card stock panel with Memento Black ink. I started with the corners, then the center and stamped the edges last. Adhere the stamped panel to the Basic Black panel.

4. For the sentiment panel, use the Double Oval punch to punch the scalloped layer from a scrap of Basic Black card stock. Stamp the sentiment in Memento Black ink onto a scrap of Basic White card stock and punch the oval. Adhere together and add to the center of the stamped image using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

5. Add Pearl Basic Jewels to the sentiment panel and the stamped images.

Add a stamped image to the front and flap of the envelope and this super sweet card is complete!
