Story of Elegance
Happy Friday! I decided to continue with more florals, so I kept with the same design as Tuesday, but used the Floral Essence stamp set from the Annual Catalog. This is simple stamp set, but with it you can create some beautiful cards. Although I didn’t use them for this card, this set coordinates with the Perennial Flowers punch and the retired Leaf punch, making this stamp set even more versatile.

I used white embossing for the flowers on this card.
A Closer Look
Following are the steps I used to create this card:
1. Cut a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of Basic Gray card stock and adhere to a card base made with Thick Basic Black card stock.
2. Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper.
3. Stamp three flowers in Versa Mark and heat emboss using White Embossing Powder.
4. Use Bermuda Bay ink to stamp the leaves and wisps between the embossed flowers
5. Create the sentiment panel. Use the Layering Oval dies to create the base of the sentiment panel. Use the Double Oval punch to punch the scalloped oval with Oh So Ombre DSP and Basic White for the smallest oval. Use the sentiment from the Punch Party stamp set in Basic Gray ink. Assemble and adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
6. Add Basic Pearls.
