Story of Elegance
Happy Tuesday! As I go through my day, I often think of friends and family. Some of them I get to see regularly, and some I rarely get to see and this is only exacerbated by the pandemic. Over the last year or so, I’ve developed a new habit. I routinely send cards to people who have come across my mind. It warms my heart to share a happy greeting by the mail and those who receive my cards get a happy surprise along with the regular mail. Today’s card is one of my Thinking of You cards that will be sent this week.
As always, I hope that today’s card will inspire you to order a few items and create your own special kindness to share.

This black and white DSP is so pretty and perfect for coloring!
A Closer Look
Here’s are steps I used to create this card:
1. Cut a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of Crum Cake card stock and adhere to a card base made with Thick Basic Black card stock.
2. Cut a 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ panel of Basic Black card stock.
3. Cut a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ panel of True Love Designer Series Paper. Color the flowers of the DSP with Light Rococo Rose and Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. Adhere to the Basic Black panel and then to the Crumb Cake panel.
4. Use a piece of Basic White card stock to stamp the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set. Die cut with the Trio of Tags die set. Add to the card with Dimensionals.
5. Add a small white bow to the sentiment using Mini Glue Dots.
