Story of Elegance

Hello and Welcome!  Thank you for stopping by.  As you likely know, I don’t typically post on Wednesday unless it is for the InKing Royal monthly Blog Hop.  However, we are in the midst of an InKing Royal 15 day challenge, so I’m planning to post 3 times a week until I have shared all of the cards I create for the challenge.

Today, I’m showcasing the Snowflake Wishes Bundle again for the Day 6  card  I created.    This sweet little bundle debuted in our August-December 2020 mini catalog and is comprised of the Snowflake Wishes Stamp set and the So Many Snowflakes dies.

Snowflake Wishes Bundle

I like snowflakes, especially in the middle of summer.  That means I’m either looking at them in a book or crafting with them.  No shovel required.  🙂

A closer look

Here’s how I created this card:

1: Cut a 3 5/8″ x 5 ” piece of Silver Foil card stock and adhere to a Thick Whisper White card stock  card base.

2:  Cut a 3 1/2″ and 4 5/8″ piece of Rocco Rose card stock.  Emboss with Winter Snow embossing folder and adhere to the Silver Foil.

3: Use the Snowflake frame die  from the So Many Snowflakes die set to cut a frame in Whisper White.  Adhere to the Rocco Rose panel.

4: Stamp the sentiment on a piece of Whisper White card stock and die cut using the Stitched Nested Label die.  Adhere to the center of the Snowflake frame.

5: Die cut 3 snowflakes in Silver foil and adhere to the frame as shown.

6: Adhere Basic Rhinestones  to the center of each silver foil snowflake and the sentiment die cut.
